The categories below hold our most prominent clientele. Often, we team with Architects to complete projects in these categories. This is not an exhaustive list but - rather - a sampling of venues in which we work to show our expertise.
K-12 Schools: We have carved a niche for ourselves with schools. H&O has been doing it well for nearly 50 years and enjoys the ever-coming challenges this work offers.
College/Universities: We have worked on many campuses throughout the Commonwealth - both state-supported and private - including Virginia Tech, VCU and UVA to name a few of many.
Municipal and State Agencies:Municipal and state work also account for a large number of our projects. We have or currently hold term contracts with many local counties, The Virginia Department of Corrections and The Virginia Department of General Services. Animal shelters and other local agencies also fall under this category for H&O.
Retirement Facilities:Our firm has been working with retirement facilities for decades. With the aging baby-boomers, H&O realizes this is an area of growth and our expertise will be needed.
Commercial Work:Our firm also has quite a bit of experience with local commercial work like new office buildings, apartment complex renovations and fitness centers.
